Tim Hamlett is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and highly respected commercial consultant with over 20 years of experience delivering complex, multi-million-pound construction projects across the UK. As the founder and driving force behind Kingsmead Consultants, Tim brings a strong track record in commercial leadership, cost control, and dispute resolution across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Tim’s professional reputation is built on precision, commercial clarity, and a pragmatic approach that consistently adds value to projects. He is regularly requested by clients and project teams to lead on commercial strategy, contract negotiation, and risk management due to his deep technical knowledge and practical experience.
As part of Kingsmead Consultants’ ongoing commitment to industry excellence, Tim collaborates with the University of Salford in his role as an External Examiner, providing expert review of Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, and Dispute Resolution modules.
